SIMON COLLEY
Simon is an innovative operations leader with over twenty years of program development expertise. His experience includes serving as the Captain of numerous tall ships on ocean voyages and over a decade with Outward Bound, with groups ranging from corporate executives to youth offenders. Simon’s land-based roles include VP-level positions with multiple tech scale-ups, adjunct faculty at Harvard, and director with several non-profit boards. Across all roles, Simon emphasizes the value of structured reflection as the essence of learning from challenging experiences, resulting in more resilient leaders and cohesive teams.
Simon holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
CARRIE FLETCHER
Carrie brings over a decade of experience in leadership development at the highest level. She is the immediate past Executive Director of Harvard Law School Executive Education and continues to instruct at Harvard as well as London Business School. Carrie’s work includes a significant amount of diversity-related leadership development, including designing and teaching in programs for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Prior to her work in leadership development, Carrie practiced complex commercial and soft intellectual property litigation for eleven years, in Chicago and Boston.
Carrie holds a JD and a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS from the London Business School.
SCOTT HILTON-CLARKE
Scott Hilton-Clarke, founder of Inspiration Labs, has been unlocking and championing greatness in individuals and businesses for over 35 years. His work revolves around helping people identify and own their signature strengths and unique self-expression. His public service roles include several non-profits and university boards and the launching team of TEDx Trinidad.
Scott holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
NABIL LAOUDJI
Nabil is a tech entrepreneur focused on leveraging AI to accelerate scientific discovery, and is the host of Discovery Engines, a podcast featuring scientist founders and innovators. In his prior lives, Nabil served as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, advising government clients on large organizational change initiatives; a Fellow with TechnoServe, developing market-based strategies in underserved communities in India; and most recently as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at the SaaS platform Mural, where he enabled Fortune 500 clients to collaborate more effectively.
Nabil holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
JENN SMITHWOOD-GREEN
Jenn is a senior Organizational Development leader currently driving global talent and leadership initiatives for Bose. With over a decade of experience leading change efforts across global tech firms and prominent nonprofits, she specializes in crafting innovative talent strategies and cultivating high-performance cultures that fuel collaboration, growth, and innovation. Her work has been featured in Bersin-Deloitte research for strengthening cross-functional collaboration at tech giant PTC—efforts that led to product innovations and technology breakthroughs for the company and the company's partners. Jenn has spoken on global stages, including Optimum’s Talent Conference, highlighting her work in building cohesive, high-performing teams across dynamic and distributed environments.
Jenn holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from William James College.
Kirstin Hirai
Kirstin's background is focused on energy finance and professional development/coaching—most recently for the energy finance arm of Tesla, focusing on raising capital for solar projects in the US and Mexico. Prior to Tesla, she worked in infrastructure private equity for the World Bank Group (focused on Africa/Latin America), and energy investment banking with Goldman Sachs. Kristin has coached professional development programs at universities and law firms with the Fullbridge Program, and designed finance intensive curriculum to prepare students for work in the finance sector.
Kirstin holds a BA from Rice University.
MATT RUBINS
Matt is a senior business executive with more than 30 years of finance and investment experience. As an entrepreneur in the education sector, Matt has played pivotal executive roles at Fullbridge, Six-Red Marbles, and Abilitie. He spent thirteen years in venture capital and private equity, most recently as a partner at M/C Venture Partners, managing $1.3 billion of investments in the telecommunications, technology, and media industries. Previously, Matt spent five years in investment banking at DLJ, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, and Anthem Partners. In addition, he serves as a director on multiple boards.
Matt has a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
ELIZABETH MUNNELL
Betsy was a partner at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP (now Locke Lord, LLP) for almost 25 years. One of the pioneers in Edwards & Angell’s Boston office, Betsy joined her firm as a partner in 1985, six years out of law school, with a substantial book of business she had developed as a young associate at Choate Hall & Stewart. She was among the core group of “rainmakers” responsible for the growth of the Firm’s nationally recognized media and communications finance practice and has decades of experience representing lending institutions, private equity funds and businesses in structuring sophisticated debt and equity financings.
Betsy is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
