SCOTT HILTON-CLARKE

Scott Hilton-Clarke is the Founder of Inspiration Laboratories, a firm focused on advancing companies through building and harnessing their human capital. Throughout his career, Scott has been engaged as a master facilitator, lecturer and speaker. He has facilitated sessions ranging from "managing promises" to "accelerated MBA programs." Scott is a self-proclaimed, "Inspiration Catalyst" and his life's work revolves around helping people identify and own their signature strengths and unique self expression.  His public-service roles include several non-profit and university boards, and the launching team for TEDx Trinidad. 

Scott holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kirstin Hirai

Kirstin's background is focused on energy finance and professional development/coaching—most recently for the energy finance arm of Tesla, focusing on raising capital for solar projects in the US and Mexico. Prior to Tesla, she worked in infrastructure private equity for the World Bank Group (focused on Africa/Latin America), and energy investment banking with Goldman Sachs.

Kristin has coached professional development programs at universities and law firms with the Fullbridge Program, and designed finance intensive curriculum to prepare students for work in the finance sector.

Kirstin holds a BA from Rice University.

NABIL LAOUDJI

Nabil is the founder of YesAnd Labs—a design consultancy focused on disrupting aging. In his prior lives, Nabil served as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, advising government clients on large organizational change initiatives; a Fellow with TechnoServe, developing market-based strategies in underserved communities in India; and most recently as a Principal on InVision’s Design Transformation, where he helped Fortune 500 clients integrate more effective design practices.  He is based in LA, where he survives on a diet of fish tacos and salsa dancing.

Nabil holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management

MATT RUBINS

Matt is a senior business executive with more than 20 years of finance and investment experience.  As an entrepreneur in the education sector, Matt has played pivotal executive roles at Fullbridge, Six-Red Marbles, and Abilitie. He spent thirteen years in venture capital and private equity, most recently as a partner at M/C Venture Partners, managing $1.3 billion of investments in the telecommunications, technology, and media industries. Previously, Matt spent five years in investment banking at DLJ, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, and Anthem Partners. In addition, he serves as a director on multiple boards.

Matt has a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

ELIZABETH MUNNELL

Betsy was a partner at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP (now Locke Lord, LLP) for almost 25 years. One of the pioneers in Edwards & Angell’s Boston office, Betsy joined her firm as a partner in 1985, six years out of law school, with a substantial book of business she had developed as a young associate at Choate Hall & Stewart. She was among the core group of “rainmakers” responsible for the growth of the Firm’s nationally recognized media and communications finance practice and has decades of experience representing lending institutions, private equity funds and businesses in structuring sophisticated debt and equity financings. 

Betsy is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
